How to borrow literature and get photocopies

If you have not previously signed our loan agreement, we want you to do so before you borrow books from the VTI library. This applies only to private individuals, not libraries. You will find the loan agreement here.

Regardless of where you live in Sweden, you can borrow reports and buy copies from BIC. However, we do not lend any material to persons living abroad. Libraries outside Sweden may borrow literature if we have established contacts with them.

We charge a fee for copies of articles, conference papers and similar - see the price list below.

You cannot borrow journals. If you are interested in an article or a paper from a publication and would like to borrow the whole publication, please make a note on your request. If not, we will only send a copy of the article.

 

Photo-copy service fee
Valid for articles up to 20 pages. SEK 2.00 are charged for each additional page in Scandinavia and EUR 0,25 in other countries. Delivery by post. All charges are included.

SWEDEN AND SCANDINAVIA
Ordinary delivery: SEK 100.00
Fax sent the same day: SEK 200.00

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE SCANDINAVIA
Ordinary delivery: EUR 20.00 or 2½ IFLA vouchers
Fax sent the same day: EUR 30.00

If you visit us you may take copies for a fee of SEK 1.00 per page.
